It would be safe for me to claim that many of you are familiar with the 2nd amendment, the right to bear arms. As of 2010, a federal judge had abolished and forbid gun owners to proceed outside city limits' of Chicago with the possession of firearm(s). Complaints say that this act of banning possessions of firearm within Chicago's city limits are unconstitutional. Just recently, Illinois now requires (in private gun sales) for the buyer's credentials to be checked and authorized with the state police (by the seller) before transferring the ownership. Another recent law, approximately a week old, dealing with guns, has allowed and gives residents of Illinois an oppurtunity to apply for concealed-carry permits.
